China Forwarding Address Guide
Map confirmed China receiving details to checkout fields and keep your parcel identification intact.
Get current instructions before checkout.
Send the goods, quantities and destination before arranging domestic delivery. Use the receiving name, phone, full Chinese address and identification details supplied for that arrangement. A general city or an address seen in a photograph is insufficient.
01
Select the administrative area
Match the province, city and district exactly. If the checkout suggests a different district, ask before saving an alternative.
02
Paste the complete detailed address
Keep building, floor, unit and any required receiving code together. Do not replace Chinese street names with an English translation.
03
Check the saved address
Reopen the saved entry and compare every field with the instructions. Ensure the checkout has not truncated the building or identification code.
04
Register the domestic parcel
Keep the seller’s tracking number, expected contents and order reference. One shopping order can produce several tracking numbers.
Copy confirmed details into a checking worksheet.
This tool formats details you already received. It does not issue a warehouse address, create an account or assign a customer ID.
Your receiving-details worksheet
Enter only the details your logistics contact has confirmed. This tool does not issue a receiving address or customer ID. Details stay in this page and are not submitted by the copy button.
Confirm all fields with your contact before giving the address to a seller.
If delivery has already happened
Send the domestic tracking reference, delivery event, expected contents and the identification used. A “delivered” scan alone does not show whether the parcel has been matched, checked or released for overseas dispatch. Resolve missing identification before sending more goods.
Request receiving instructions for your items.
Share your destination, item list and the handling you need so the arrangement and costs can be discussed.
