Questions before you start?
Find practical answers, then discuss the details of your own shipment.
Will consolidation always reduce shipping costs?
No. Final dimensions, weight, protective materials and the selected route determine the result. Compare the actual packing proposal before approving it.
Can I split my parcels into several shipments?
Request this before packing. Separate handling and transport charges may apply.
How long can parcels stay in storage?
Confirm the storage start date, any free period, charges and overdue-parcel policy before using the service.
Can I use an address found in a photo or old message?
Please obtain current receiving instructions for your request. An incomplete or outdated address can prevent parcels from being matched.
Does forwarding include buying the products?
Forwarding is for goods you have already purchased. Choose buying assistance if you need help placing an order or paying a seller.
Can all items be forwarded?
Acceptance depends on the goods, destination and available carrier service. Describe restricted or unusual items before sending them.
What do receiving checks cover?
Only the checks agreed in advance, such as quantity, labels and visible condition. These do not replace authentication, laboratory testing or a factory audit.
Is international shipping included in the buying quote?
Read the quotation breakdown. International costs may only be confirmed after goods arrive and the packed dimensions are known.
What happens if I need a return?
Seller policies, return deadlines, domestic shipping and service fees affect the options. Discuss the issue before international dispatch.
What information should I send first?
Start with the destination country and postcode, product names or links, quantities and any special characteristics. You do not need to send identity documents for an initial inquiry.
