Can I buy myself and use your China receiving arrangements?
Yes, you can request forwarding or consolidation for orders you place yourself. Share the goods and destination first, then use the receiving instructions provided for the arrangement.
Does the buying fee include international shipping?
Do not assume it does. Product costs, domestic delivery, buying assistance, packing and overseas transport should be clearly separated.
Can goods be checked before international dispatch?
Agree the scope first: for example quantity, labels or visible condition. These checks do not replace authentication, certification or complete functional testing.
What happens if the seller sends the wrong item?
Report the issue with the order reference while domestic return options can still be reviewed. Seller rules, deadlines, return shipping and service charges affect the options.
Why are there several domestic tracking numbers for one shopping list?
Different stores and split seller dispatches can produce several parcels. Register each tracking number and specify which orders are still outstanding.
