Need a different service?
A TYPICAL SHOPPING SCENARIO
The seller delivers in China. You need the parcel overseas.
You can buy and pay for a product yourself, but the checkout does not accept your overseas address. Before ordering, send the product information and destination for an acceptance review. Use the confirmed China receiving instructions, register the seller’s tracking number and approve the onward shipment after arrival.

COSTS WITHOUT GUESSWORK
Understand what your quotation covers.
A useful quote identifies the work involved. Final shipping costs depend on your goods, destination and packed measurements.
| Cost component | What to clarify |
|---|---|
| Domestic delivery | The seller’s transport charge to the China receiving point. |
| Receiving and handling | Confirm arrival matching and any requested checks. |
| Repacking or extra protection | Optional operations depend on the goods and your preferences. |
| International forwarding | Confirm chargeable weight, route availability and any surcharges. |
| Destination costs | Clarify customs responsibilities, duties, taxes and local delivery charges. |
Why dimensions matter
Large, light parcels can be billed by volumetric weight rather than actual weight. Confirm the divisor, rounding and minimum charges for the selected route.
What affects delivery time?
Seller dispatch, waiting for other parcels, purchase confirmation, packing, international transit and customs are separate stages. Ask which stages the quoted estimate includes.

AGREE BEFORE WE PROCEED
Your preferences belong in the plan.
Packaging
Specify retail boxes to retain, fragile items and additional protection. Extra operations may have separate charges.
Checks
Agree the required quantity, label or visible-condition checks. Specialist testing needs a separate scope.
Changes and returns
Discuss missing, damaged or incorrect goods before onward shipping. Seller policies and shipment status affect the available options.
USEFUL BEFORE YOU START
Explore the details for your request.
Combine multiple purchases
Bring purchases from several sellers into one packing plan.
ANSWERS BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Frequently asked questions.
Can I get a China shipping address before I order?
Request receiving instructions after sharing the goods and destination. Use the exact details provided for your arrangement rather than an address copied from a photograph or an old message.
Can you forward one parcel?
You can request forwarding for a single parcel. Acceptance, minimum charges and the available delivery option depend on the specific goods and destination.
Can friends or family send a parcel to the receiving point?
Describe the items and obtain the receiving instructions before they send it. Provide the domestic tracking number once it is dispatched.
What if I have already sent a parcel without registering it?
Send the tracking number, sender information and item details promptly so the parcel can be matched. Receiving cannot be assumed from a tracking status alone.
Can several forwarded parcels be combined?
Ask for consolidation before packing. Register every expected parcel and specify whether you want to wait for all arrivals or ship in stages.
How long will international delivery take?
Ask for a route-specific estimate with its starting point and delivery scope. Customs checks, carrier operations and local delivery conditions can affect the actual arrival date.
Does parcel forwarding include purchasing for me?
Forwarding is for existing purchases. If you need help placing or paying for the order, request buying assistance first.
LET’S PLAN YOUR NEXT STEP
Check my forwarding options.
Tell us what you bought, the destination country and postcode, approximate parcel size or weight, and whether the seller has already dispatched it.
Prefer a direct conversation?
No full delivery address or identity documents are needed for an initial inquiry.
