Buying Agent Checks & Inspection Scope
Agree quantity, variant and visible-condition checks, photographs and exception handling before buying from China.
Turn a buying list into a check list.
01
Identify the expected item
Record the product link, chosen variant, quantity and any visible detail that matters. A vague request to “check quality” does not define what should be examined.
02
Choose checks and coverage
Specify unit counts, label checks, visible-condition photos and whether every unit or a sample is covered. Agree feasibility and fees before purchase.
03
Specify useful evidence
Name the views, labels or details you need photographed. Agree the image count and reporting method without assuming a free allowance.
04
Set the exception instruction
State who approves substitutions, seller contact, returns or extra work. Keep goods available while the decision is made and the seller’s return deadline permits.
Additional inspection is a separate decision.
Power-on checks, precise measurement, cleaning, authenticity assessment, laboratory testing and factory verification have different tools, risks and expertise requirements. Request the exact task in advance; buying assistance alone does not include these services.
| Before approving | Ask for |
|---|---|
| Method and coverage | The check to perform, sampling basis and any limitations. |
| Evidence | The agreed views, written observations and how discrepancies are communicated. |
| Cost and next action | Any inspection fee, return cost and authorization needed before more work proceeds. |
Shipping approval follows the checks.
Resolve reported shortages, visible damage or wrong variants before international dispatch. Keep the original order reference and agreed check record. Seller policies and the shipment stage affect which remedies remain possible.
Define the checks for your buying list.
Share your destination, item list and the handling you need so the arrangement and costs can be discussed.
